There is one very large bedroom, a dining area, separate living room, full bath with tub/shower, and a mini kitchen, equipped with everything you need, including a convection/microwave combo and conduction cooktop – with a compact fridge.

Bathroom has on-demand hot water, and the home is furnished with beautiful antique selections, curated by Balzac’s owner.
