Our beautiful home was built in 1900 and sits on a quiet street in the heart of uptown near Latter Library, just steps from the historic St Charles Streetcar for easy access to downtown/French Quarter as well as Audubon Park, Loyola and Tulane Universities.

The home features two queen bedrooms with luxury linens, a dedicated office with vintage desk and ergonomic chair and separate living and dining rooms, plus a chef’s kitchen complete with Viking appliance package – including an in island wine fridge! One full bath upstairs, one half bath downstairs. Ample space for relaxing in the backyard under the shade of a 150 year old Cypress tree.

We have spent the last 4 years enjoying this home and will be traveling this summer and invite you to enjoy our home while we’re away. A quick neighborhood walk along beautiful tree lined streets leads you to some of the city’s best restaurants, cafes and coffee shops on the sought after St Charles Avenue and Magazine Streets.

There are boutique wine and cheese shops within 5 mins on foot! Also an amazing ice cream parlor, and two family owned neighborhood grocery stores and a CVS for convenience.

Our home is not suitable for children, pets are negotiable on a case by case basis. We do have a small dog, who will be traveling with us and while our home is meticulously cleaned biweekly, may not be suitable for someone with pet related allergies.
