We loved our stay at the Cotton Mill during our months in New Orleans. The apartment was clean, bright and well supplied as well as being very central. It was a five minute walk to some of the biggest Mardi Gras parades and we could walk to the French Quarter very easily. Anne has done such a wonderful job of filling our house with excellent tenants over the years we've worked with her! What a lovely spot! The photos on the internet of Cotton Mills #342 do not do this condo justice. Such character, both at the complex and in New Orleans. I feel like this was our home away from home. The pool was fantastic. My son loved the loft area and called it his clubhouse. Lots of little extras and supplies were a nice touch, and I made several gourmet meals and even BBQed. Very friendly staff here who were quick to offer help, directions, and even lend pool toys. This trip made us wish we lived here, and it will definitely not be our last winter in NOLA!
