Our website address is: https://nestinnola.com. The website is owned and managed by New Orleans Leasing & Sales, Inc., a real estate brokerage in New Orleans, specializing in furnished rental and flexible leases.

Listings

Owners of each property are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, and unless you are a property management client of NOLASinc., you are responsible for vetting and securing your own rentals and leases via this platform. Our role is to reach and target clients who find your property through our website.

Subscriptions:

Each subscription plan allows for unique services available through this platform; and many of the benefits include realtor-assisted tools; such as, MLS exposure, easy access to LREC forms, and the ability to consult with a realtor when working with a potential tenant for experienced guidance.

Although the website use does not imply an agency relationship, MLS inclusion (with Pro and Gold Memberships), do require your permission to list the property. As such, you would be considered a client of NOLASinc. for the purpose of MLS listing only, and by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you expressly give permission to NOLASinc to list and edit your MLS entry.

All media related to your listing is used on MLS with your permission per this agreement, and you are responsible for communicating when the property has been leased to NOLASinc. so that accuracy and integrity on the GSREIN database is maintained.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Any images or media used for listings on this website may be used in the future, and in perpetuity by NOLASinc. for the purpose of graphic design and showcasing past and present properties. No addresses or location indicators would be used, only visual images; perhaps in headers or brochures, and cannot be easily changed if you are no longer a subscriber.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

We loved our stay at the Cotton Mill during our months in New Orleans. The apartment was clean, bright and well supplied as well as being very central. It was a five minute walk to some of the biggest Mardi Gras parades and we could walk to the French Quarter very easily. What a lovely spot! The photos on the internet of Cotton Mills #342 do not do this condo justice. Such character, both at the complex and in New Orleans. I feel like this was our home away from home. The pool was fantastic. My son loved the loft area and called it his clubhouse. Lots of little extras and supplies were a nice touch, and I made several gourmet meals and even BBQed. Very friendly staff here who were quick to offer help, directions, and even lend pool toys. This trip made us wish we lived here, and it will definitely not be our last winter in NOLA! Anne has done such a wonderful job of filling our house with excellent tenants over the years we've worked with her! We had a tenant come back to us for a number of stays, and another month-to-month family ended up staying with us for over a year! She has great connections in the film industry and with people traveling to the city for medical and educational reasons. It's been great working with Anne because she finds great tenants, takes care of them and us, and is always helpful and responsive! With her new list-by-owner site, I think landlords are going to have an amazing option for former Airbnb properties.

My property has been Airbnb for years, but I've never been comfortable with all the turnover, especially in my Irish Channel neighborhood. I was looking for a way to rent my furnished apartment for a month or a few months, but it seemed there were few services for that. Our unit was first a beloved vacation retreat, and we quickly fell in love with the Cotton Mill and New Orleans - so much so that we decided to retire to this beautiful city permanently!
