NESTinNOLA is a joy to work with! I have stayed at three of their properties in the last two years. I am a traveling healthcare professional, and all the properties I have rented have been above and beyond my expectations. They are beautifully and tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything you could need or want to feel at home away from home. Anne is so easy to work with, while remaining professional. I will look to her for all my property neeedes in the New Orleans area!

My property has been Airbnb for years, but I've never been comfortable with all the turnover, especially in my Irish Channel neighborhood. I was looking for a way to rent my furnished apartment for a month or a few months, but it seemed there were few services for that. Working with Anne to promote my property has been not only effective, but a real pleasure. She's one of those rare people that no only knows her stuff, but does her job well and with a great attitude.

Anne Beck is very professional. She always answers me promptly, and she is very good with the condo office. I'm glad we found each other.

Attentive, knowledgeable and a delight to work with... Anne manages to help the visitor feel like a local. I've been a 'Snowbird' in New Orleans for over ten years now, and have a standing reservation for six months when I ride Endymion every year. I never know where she's going to put me - but it's always been a perfect home-away-from-home.

...What impressed me most was their responsiveness. Whether it was a tenant inquiry, or general question, they handled everything promptly and efficiently, giving me peace of mind knowing my property was in good hands. Overall, NOLASinc has made renting out my condo a hassle-free experience. I highly recommend them to any property owner looking for a reliable and professional management company, or a way to list-by-owner with realtor support.

What a lovely spot! The photos on the internet of Cotton Mills #342 do not do this condo justice. Such character, both at the complex and in New Orleans. I feel like this was our home away from home. The pool was fantastic. My son loved the loft area and called it his clubhouse. Lots of little extras and supplies were a nice touch, and I made several gourmet meals and even BBQed. Very friendly staff here who were quick to offer help, directions, and even lend pool toys. This trip made us wish we lived here, and it will definitely not be our last winter in NOLA! Loved our stay at the Cotton Mill! Easy access to everything, quiet property, friendly residents and staff. Hubby had great results with his HBOT treatments and is feeling awesome!

Anne has done such a wonderful job of filling our house with excellent tenants over the years we've worked with her! We had a tenant come back to us for a number of stays, and another month-to-month family ended up staying with us for over a year! She has great connections in the film industry and with people traveling to the city for medical and educational reasons. It's been great working with Anne because she finds great tenants, takes care of them and us, and is always helpful and responsive! With her new list-by-owner site, I think landlords are going to have an amazing option for former Airbnb properties.

NESTinNOLA helped me find the cutest apartment in 2019/2020. In 2025 I had the opportunity to return to New Orleans. I reached out to the owner, and she did not disappoint! She was glad to help, and found the best condo with parking! I will call her every time I am in New Orleans!

Our unit was first a beloved vacation retreat, and we quickly fell in love with the Cotton Mill and New Orleans - so much so that we decided to retire to this beautiful city permanently! So our condo is available now for rent! NESTinNOLA has done a great job of keeping our place rented and giving us the tools for taking care of all the needs of our tenants.
