Anne has done such a wonderful job of filling our house with excellent tenants over the years we've worked with her! We had a tenant come back to us for a number of stays, and another month-to-month family ended up staying with us for over a year! She has great connections in the film industry and with people traveling to the city for medical and educational reasons. It's been great working with Anne because she finds great tenants, takes care of them and us, and is always helpful and responsive! Our unit was first a beloved vacation retreat, and we quickly fell in love with the Cotton Mill and New Orleans - so much so that we decided to retire to this beautiful city permanently! What a lovely spot! The photos on the internet of Cotton Mills #342 do not do this condo justice. Such character, both at the complex and in New Orleans. I feel like this was our home away from home. The pool was fantastic. My son loved the loft area and called it his clubhouse. Lots of little extras and supplies were a nice touch, and I made several gourmet meals and even BBQed. Very friendly staff here who were quick to offer help, directions, and even lend pool toys. This trip made us wish we lived here, and it will definitely not be our last winter in NOLA!
