New Orleans multi-family homes are very common for mid-term rentals; often with the owner on one side, the tenant in an adjacent unit with connecting walls. It’s an ideal solution, with an on-site landlord… but sounds can be, and are, a common problem.

We have been looking for a solution to this problem for years, trying stick-on squares, quilt hanging… every possible solution. One of our owners has an ongoing problem with a tenant who craves silence in the night, sharing a wall with another tenant who needs the sound of TV to sleep… what to do?

I think these are a beautiful and effective way to solve the problem, inexpensively.

Panels can be installed in sections, and create a gorgeous wall and atmosphere, while insulating one life from another in any double.

Attentive, knowledgeable and a delight to work with... Anne manages to help the visitor feel like a local. I've been a 'Snowbird' in New Orleans for over ten years now, and have a standing reservation for six months when I ride Endymion every year. I never know where she's going to put me - but it's always been a perfect home-away-from-home.

Anne has done such a wonderful job of filling our house with excellent tenants over the years we've worked with her! We had a tenant come back to us for a number of stays, and another month-to-month family ended up staying with us for over a year! She has great connections in the film industry and with people traveling to the city for medical and educational reasons. It's been great working with Anne because she finds great tenants, takes care of them and us, and is always helpful and responsive! With her new list-by-owner site, I think landlords are going to have an amazing option for former Airbnb properties.

Loved our stay at the Cotton Mill! Easy access to everything, quiet property, friendly residents and staff. Hubby had great results with his HBOT treatments and is feeling awesome!

What a lovely spot! The photos on the internet of Cotton Mills #342 do not do this condo justice. Such character, both at the complex and in New Orleans. I feel like this was our home away from home. The pool was fantastic. My son loved the loft area and called it his clubhouse. Lots of little extras and supplies were a nice touch, and I made several gourmet meals and even BBQed. Very friendly staff here who were quick to offer help, directions, and even lend pool toys. This trip made us wish we lived here, and it will definitely not be our last winter in NOLA!
